Sinigang reinvented – Tasting two unusual versions of sinigang!

Sinigang! OMG… just the mere name of this dish excites me every single time.

I’ve always loved this popular Filipino staple, especially when it is made extra sour! It has a frenzy of ingredients, loads of nutrients, and an explosion of flavors in every spoonful. I don’t think I know any Pinoy who doesn’t enjoy a bowl of deliciously hot sinigang.

We’ve grown to love traditional versions of this incredible dish such as Sinigang na Baboy (pork), Sinigang na Hipon (shrimp), and Sinigang na Bangus (milkfish).
