I first learned about Surge At Home through some friends. I attended my first session just recently and I want to share my experience with all of you!Read more
Did some interval training last night.
It was a combination of chest and bicep exercises combined with a minute of intense cardio (stationary bike on this occasion) in between each set.
This particular evening, I added more weight to my chest presses. I also mixed up bar and dumbbell combinations for bulk and definition.
I did 4 sets for each chest exercise and 3 sets for each bicep routine.
The cardio (bike) routine in between sets serve as my rest/recovery time.
Tiring. But very fulfilling.
If you’ve got fitness questions that I can hopefully help you with or if you would like to share your own exercises at the gym, share them on the comments section below. Cheers!
So… I just finished doing an entire 30 minute cardio routine – AT THE CARWASH!
How crazy is that?! LOL!
The guy cleaning the car was probably wondering what I was doing running around and doing twists and jumps for an entire 30 minutes in the corner of their shop.
But hey… hitting two birds with one stone ain’t bad.
Cardio for the day – Mission accomplished! Yay!
Quite a number of individuals have already asked me how I manage to hop from one resto to the other with my wife (at times even everyday), eating all sorts of dishes, yet not letting most of the calories show on my tummy.
The answer is as simple as it is difficult.
I spend a good amount of time in the gym doing a ton of cardio and weight training. It’s the price I have to pay so that I can be able to indulge a little bit more whenever we are at food events.
Some people say “ang sipag ko”… but believe me… it’s more discipline than sipag.
There’s a difference, you know.
