Finding a new place to live in is no small task. It takes a considerable amount time studying options, considering and reconsidering many other aspects. And if you’re a family guy, like me, you probably already know that finding the right place for your wife and kids is no small matter. It is, in fact, of utmost importance.
I personally love residential places that are located right in the heart of the city, yet seemingly so secluded that it actually makes you feel far away from it. It’s possible, you know. Places that are situated inside the busy and metro, but isolated from the noise and frantic lifestyle.
If you happen to be looking for such a place (or even if you aren’t yet), I’ll let you in on a secret. (Whispers) There’s this exclusive residential condominium I know of that is strategically located close to every action that happens in the city and, at the same time, offers the peacefulness of the suburban lifestyle.
This wonderful place is called Golfhill Gardens.
Coming home to Golfhill Gardens
Golfhill Gardens is located in the exclusive area of Capitol Hills, Quezon City. What that means is that this residential property links you instantly to some of the best schools and universities such as UP Diliman, Ateneo de Manila and Miriam College. Apart from that, the place is also very close to areas and establishments such as Eastwood Mall, Ortigas Center, Philippine Heart Center, Puregold Commonwealth, UP-Ayala Technohub and so much more. This is a great point to consider when going through location options because convenience is naturally a priority when one chooses where to live.
I recently had the awesome opportunity to visit this beautiful mid-rise low-density residential development project by Megaworld Corporation. In all honesty, I was actually impressed by how much effort was put into making this place a fresh living environment that is delightfully unique in this part of the metropolis.
Going around the property, I immediately loved how 50% of Golfhill Gardens has been devoted to open spaces and amenities — far from other typical residential condominiums most of us know. This is actually a very important factor for any prospective buyer because what this means is that Golfhill Gardens values the quality of living of their residents.
No one wants to stay in a property that is crammed with tons of units, congested with far too many people. What is apparent with Golfhill Gardens is that they offer the kind of restful and peaceful environment that in any living space.
As I toured one of the completed clusters (Golfhill Gardens has 6 clusters) of Golfhill Gardens, I noticed that 2 clusters share one common, drop-off, entrance and lobby.
I was particularly impressed with some of the units I was able to take a peek at. I was told that all their units offer comfortable living spaces ranging from 30 to 72 square meters.
The studio units are perfect for students and young professionals, which start at 30 square meters.
The bigger executive studios, on the other hand, offer 34 square meters of space.
The one-bedroom and two bedroom homes offer at least 72 square meters, making it ideal for growing families.
One can expect modern convenience for every unit in Golfhill Gardens such as telephone/internet-ready lines, provision for cable TV, continuous water supply, back up power, advanced fire protection system, 24-hour security system, high speed elevators and basement parking.
Also, I also noticed that their Studios, Executive Studios and one to two-bedroom units all offer glass panel balconies. This is something you don’t commonly find in other properties and a feature that’ll probably help sway your decision if you still happen to be on the fence.
On the ground floor, residents can take advantage of Golfhill Gardens many offerings which I got to see, such as their mail room, a day care center with outdoor play area, function rooms, a business center, a fitness gym, and even a spa.
I also learned that Golfhill Gardens also boasts of a jogging path, a Tai Chi station, Koi pond and a beautiful picnic area with barbecue pits.
Apart from the beautiful units, one of the main highlights for me would most probably be Golfhill Gardens’ ground-level recreational deck anchored by a 16-meter long lap pool with an adjoining wooden sunbathing deck and pool deck. It’s an awesome place where residents can hang out, kick back, and relax.
And since Golfhill Gardens will be ready within the year, people considering this beautiful residential project won’t have to wait too long to move in.

In closing, after my brief and enjoyable visit to Golfhill Gardens, I’d like to share with all of you my two cents…
Every one of us dreams of having our own place to stay one day. But, rarely do we find the kind of place that truly feels like home. A place that offers peace, quiet, security and most of all, a sense of belonging.
Golfhill Gardens is all that and so much more.
