Azalea Boracay – Finding home in paradise
Boracay is one of the most visited islands in the Philippines. It is pretty much the go-to destination for locals and tourists alike not just for summer but all year round. And with good reason.
Just recently, Boracay has once again been named Conde Nast’s, “World’s Best Island”, which isn’t really any surprise to anyone who’s been to this breathtaking paradise. That’s why it’s no wonder that many of Boracay’s visitors come to its beautiful beaches to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and to de-stress.
But, let’s face it. With all the available accommodation options on the island, it really is quite difficult choosing which place to stay at. We all want to stretch our budget whenever we’re away on travel, right? But not to the point of compromising quality service, naturally. If you’re the type of person who is looking for the perfect balance of comfort and affordability, I’ve got just the right place for you.
This wonderful hotel which you can call your “home away from home” during your getaway is called, Azalea Boracay.
Azalea Boracay is your home in paradise
I’ve been to Boracay twice in a span of one month and in both of those times, I stayed at Azalea Boracay. I guess you could say that I enjoyed my first time in this hotel so much that I opted to stay here on my second visit.

Azalea Boracay may not be a beachfront hotel like other establishments on the island but this shouldn’t discourage you from staying here. The Station 2 beach is a mere 5-minute walk from the hotel. And hey, a little distance away from the party ambiance that Boracay is known for offers a more peaceful and quieter evening when it’s time to retire for the night.

As far as rooms go, Azalea Boracay offers a variety of configurations. During my first visit, my wife and I stayed in their Two Bedroom Suite.
Two Bedroom Suite
The Two Bedroom Suite is a great room for families and groups.
It’s got a living area, a mini dining area, a common toilet and bath, two rooms with one of them having its own private bathroom.
All rooms have the following: Electric Cooktops with Range Hood / Microwave Oven / Rice Cooker / Refrigerator / Electric Water Kettle / Dinnerware Set / Silverware Set / Pots & Pans (upon request) / Complimentary Tea & Coffee Amenity Set / Complimentary Bottled Water / In-Room Dining / Guest Minibar
Deluxe Room
On my second visit, I experienced Azalea Boracay’s Deluxe room.
30 sqm / Two (2) double beds + One (1) Convertible Sofa Bed / Occupants: 2 adults & 2 kids / 3 adults
Ultra Comfortable Beds with Imported Linens / Hot & Cold Shower / Hairdryer / Ironing Facility / Azalea branded Bath Amenities / Vanity Mirrors / Bath Robes / Cribs (upon request)
It’s smaller than the Two Bedroom Suite I first stayed in but equally delightful and offers the same level of comfort.
Free wifi is provided as well as cable television.
Kick back and relax

If heading to the beach isn’t your cup of tea, you can hang by the pool area and relax on one of Azalea Boracay’s daybeds.
Dig in and have your fill

Food isn’t a problem either. In fact, it’s great.

All thanks to a personal branch of Kuya J’s restaurant situated right smack in the middle of the hotel. This is where meals are normally served every day.

There are many reasons to love Azalea Boracay. The overall experience itself, just being there, gives you that sense of belonging.
Let’s face it… the last thing we need when we travel to Boracay is for unnecessary stress to follow us there. So, every bit of comfort helps. And that’s exactly why I am recommending Azalea Boracay on your next escape to paradise.
You can either take my word for it or not. But the best way to really find out is for you to experience their service yourselves.
