New dishes from Ramen Nagi – Tsukemen and Tonkatsu-Men
I love ramen. It’s hearty, filling and oh so flavorful. It happens to be one of a very few noodle dishes I actually enjoy eating apart from Spaghetti.
That being said, it didn’t take a lot of convincing for me to agree to drop by the Greenbelt 3 branch of Ramen Nagi to try out their new dishes just recently. And after trying out these new gastronomic creations, I was happily satisfied.
Ramen Nagi is currently offering deliciously new specialties – the Tsukemen and Tonkatsu-Men – that are guaranteed to make you fall in love with ramen all over again.
The Tsukemen and Tonkatsu-Men – New dishes from Ramen Nagi
Both new offerings from Ramen Nagi are called “cold noodle” dishes. But don’t fret if you were hoping for a hot bowl of ramen.
These two dishes are just as satisfying as their regular items which we have come to love.
Tsukemen
Hot, chewy and flavorful. The noodles and Bonito soup are served separately. Mix the noodles with the spicy Nagi Fire Sauce until they’re coated well.
When eating, get just the right amount of noodles and dip it onto the Bonito Soup and enjoy.
You’ll love it! The heat of this dish is sure to please those who love a little kick to their dishes.
Tonkatsu-Men
For those who want more to nibble on, this cold noodle dish is for you. It’s got deep fried Pork Tonkatsu plus a dipping bowl of savory Tomato Tonkatsu Soup.
I enjoyed this a whole lot because of the mix of textures and I’m sure you will, too!
I have to warn you, though, that one order of either the Tsukumen or the Tonkatsu-Men can easily serve 2 persons. So, take it easy on your first order and pace yourselves.
Ramen Nagi is widely known for its delicious dishes, particularly their flavorful ramen specialties. Their newest offerings are no different.
The Tsukemen and Tonkatsu-Men are available at all Ramen Nagi branches.
