Not all fried chickens are created equal. Some deliciously blow your mind and some are just… meh.
Fortunately, a quick visit to Hot Star Large Fried Chicken turned out to be a pleasantly huge surprise. You see… most fried chicken joints offer flavorful chicken but just like beauty, pardon the pun, its taste turns out to be only skin deep.
That just sucks, don’t you think? Strip a chicken off of its skin and it loses its appeal. I’m sure you can think of a couple of joints that sadly sell these kinds of fried chicken.
Hot Star Large Fried Chicken – Big in size, big on flavor!
Hot Star Large Fried Chicken, on the other hand, is far from the “meh” variety. Apart from being flavorful right down to the bone, their large signature specialties are incredibly huge — like REALLY HUGE! A piece of chicken can literally cover the entire area of my face. I kid you not. Talk about getting more bang for your buck.
And though I know that one order of Hot Star Large Fried Chicken is enough for me, I felt the urge to indulge on both the “Red Hot” and “Original” variants.
Both taste great, especially when paired with Hot Star’s sticky rice (you simply must!)
It is worth mentioning that each chicken is fried upon ordering. That means you get a Hot Star Large Fried Chicken that is delightfully crispy, moist and oh so irresistible every single time.
I learned that Hot Star Large Fried Chicken uses the no cutting technique which, according to them, helps the chicken retain its juiciness, giving you that pleasantly moist chicken meat.
More offerings from Hot Star Large Fried Chicken
I found out that Hot Star Large Fried Chicken also offers a good selection of tasty dishes that my tummy absolutely fell in love with.
For those who want something different, Hot Star Large Fried Chicken also serves the Hot Star Sweet and Sour Crispy Fish. It’s an awesome way to enjoy fish like never before. I bet even individuals who aren’t partial to fish dishes (like me!) will love this specialty.
Another take on a fish dish is Hot Star Large Fried Chicken’s Fish Burger. Fish sandwiches have never been my kind of thing but I’d seriously make an exception now that I’ve tried this one.
Want more food? By all means!
Here’s something the barkada will love — the Hot Star Group Meal. For only Php 816.00 this group meal can fill the tummies of 4 persons easily.
You can also try the Hot Star Chicken Cut-Ups which come in boxes of 8 (Php 416.00) and 16 (Php 825.00). Perfect for larger groups whether dining-in or for take out.
Oh! And since everyone who loves chicken adores chicken skin to a fault, you simply mustn’t leave Hot Star Large Fried Chicken without ordering their amazing chicken skin! OMG. Love on a stick! Hahahaha!
Just when I thought Hot Star Large Fried Chicken couldn’t get any better, I suddenly learn about their must-try thirst quenching ice-crushed drinks — Almond and Black Gulaman flavors or even a combination of both! In fact, they even have soft serve ice cream that have the same flavors. These alone are worth the visit already.
If you’ve already experienced dining at Hot Star Large Fried Chicken, you probably already know why I’m raving about them. If you haven’t had the opportunity to enjoy their dishes yet, you don’t know what you’re missing.
Don’t take my word for it. Find out for yourselves. You’ll be glad you did.
