This service is great but it adds 12% VAT on top of the prices shown on Google Play. It does however, have issues as of the moment. Used it 27Aug with no problems but for the entirety of the day, several friends and I have had no luck using it.

If you think about it, 12% is a small price to pay especially when you don't have a credit card. For a Php40.00 app, that roughly amounts to about Php5.00 more. Pretty good deal if you ask me. :)

I believe it’s because when you enroll your Globe acct to the Play Store, it is registered to only one Google email address – the one you used when you registered your Globe number.

I keep getting the error : “message from your mobile service provider: you do not have enough credits left in your account” when I have like thrice the amount on my account. What’s weird is that I just used it like 6hours ago and the transaction went well. Maybe they have some sort of interval before you can use the service again? I tried adding credits too since it said I didn’t have enough and it still didn’t work.

Keep getting the in-app purchase error since Saturday 09/13/14: “Message from mobile service provider: You do not have enough credits left in your account to proceed with this purchase.” Was trying to buy 520 PHP worth of diamonds (Samurai Siege), and the prepaid account in my tablet has over 700 load. So even with tax factored in, load was well over the purchase cost. Already called up globe support since Sat though no update up to now, even followed-up with them a few minutes ago, customer support said that they forwarded it to “support” whatever that means.

For first time set up, kelangan mo insert globe sim card mo at i-log in gmail mo sa phone o tab na may sim card slot. Purchase at least one app. Pag registered ka na, pwede ka na magdownload directly sa wifi-only tab mo in the future

Ehh kung mag apply nalng kaya kayo ng g-cash o smart money mas matipid sya. 5 o 10 pesos per 2 transaction lng sa smart money e1 ko lng sa g cash. Tapos 100 lng ung pagkuha ng smart money. If this isn’t the case you got yourself a lost balance. so go check it out with the service provider cust service. hope this helps. And BTW all DCB(Direct Carrier Billing) system for prepaid load doesn’t really work properly for all sim as of this moment (i’m just pertaining to Globe im not sure if the case is the same with Smart), the system is not really open to all, as it was just undergoing a test run, but there seems to be less problems when purchasing via postpaid, Hopefully after a month or so they will have this normalized so we could enjoy the online purchasing system not only in google playstore but also anywhere in the internet.

What I mean to “first time to buy” is that, the very first purchase needs you to be using the normal data usage, so you could register. It will be directly charged to your current balance(prepaid load). After that you can use wifi for the succeeding purchases.

And BTW all DCB(Direct Carrier Billing) system for prepaid load doesn’t really work properly for all sim as of this moment (i’m just pertaining to Globe im not sure if the case is the same with Smart), the system is not really open to all, as it was just undergoing a test run, but there seems to be less problems when purchasing via postpaid, Hopefully after a month or so they will have this normalized so we could enjoy the online purchasing system not only in google playstore but also anywhere in the internet.

Share ko lang po experience ko sa globe billing… Nung bumili ako ng 1000 gems sa clash of clans 500 niload ko pero 450 lang nabawas sa load ko, nkapag unli pko ako,.. Naging ok naman ang transaction ko sa globe.

Yung sa experience ko po babi bili po ako ng gems sa coc lagi pong declined because of you are considered high risk ano po kaya pwedeng gawin dun para makapurchase na po ako ng gems.

May binili po akong app worth 45 pesos. 62 pa yung load ko. Pero lagi lumilitaw “you dont have enought credits left in your account……” Pag check ko sa load ko 11 nalang pero hindi ko pa rinna purchase yung app na gusto ko. Pahelp naman po.

we have the same problem, i loaded up worth 530 load para mka bili ng gems sa CoC na worth 450 pesos(1,200 gems) then nung pag try ko na mag purchase insufficient daw then pag check ko sa balance ko 27 load nlng kinain yung 500 globe load ko

after clicking Enable Globe Telecom Billing it says “cant verify your account. Try again later.” and “An error occured. Please try again later.”. Do I need a load first? or what??

YES GOOGLE FUNCTION IS WORKING…. BUT!…. WHEN YOU CLICK THE “PURCHASE” in GOOGLE PLAY THE SMART COMMUNICATIONS WILL DENY THAT YOU DON’T HAVE ENOUGH FUCKING LOAD IN PURCHASING APPS OR GEMS!!! Safe kaya to from overcharging? Ang dami ko kasi kakilala na naka postpaid sa globe and they always have hidden charges or some sort of overbillings. I remember reading an article where globe charged someone worth 3M pesos lol I just want to confirm if globe is still credible.

Hi Yume. Yes. It’s safe. Outrageous overpricing has been prevented already. If you’re postpaid, you can even see the charges on your bill.

I have a credit limit of 1,700+ on my account but I keep getting the error message saying “Error. Message from your service provider. You do not have enough credit left on your account to proceed with this purchase.” Seriously? The peso value of the gems I was trying to purchase is P451.35 so I should have more than enough credit remaining on my globe account. Globe should find a way how to fix this as soon as possible. I feel so frustrated now!

Try nyo lang guys sa http://www.clashofclansgems.ph. Wala naman talagang free gems or free hack out there. There’s none! Sinuyod na namin internet dami lang manloloko. Anyway, we buy cheaper gems there from UAE and Canada. Their rates are kinda pricey but guaranteed transaction naman at as mura pa rin kesa sa Supercell but still legit. We’ve been one of their customers since April. Nagbibigay din sila free gems pag may narefer kayo, pati narefer niyo may bonus gems.
Please mention nyo username ko para makakuha kayo bonus gems, pati ako rin haha

Bakit po hindi ma verify yung account ko pag click ko sa mobile payment method..error po ang lumalabas pero may narerecieve ako na message from 2147 na code na may DCB:?naka sync naman na yung gmail ko sa sim number ko.ano po pwede ko gawin.salamat
