Greatly Rewarded With MyRewards, MyGlobe

Globe subscribers now have more reason to rejoice!  MyRewards, MyGlobe has just gotten waaaaay better!

In photo during the launch are (from left) Figaro Coffee Company CEO Crismel Verano, Globe President & CEO Ernest Cu, Globe Head of Customer Lifecycle Management Jay Beltran, and Ayala Malls Cinemas Deputy General Manager Atty. Rolly Duenas.

During the recent launch of this awesome Globe perk which my wife and I personally attended, it was revealed to everyone that Globe subscribers can now use their rewards points as actual cash with a straightforward points-to-peso conversion of 1 point = P1.00.

With Globe President and CEO, Mr. Ernest Cu

Being Globe subscribers ourselves, my wife and I were so excited to learn about this.  It pretty much means that we can now enjoy bigger and better rewards beyond telco services, gadgets, and gift certificates with the launch of a new rewards system that recognizes rewards points as a form of payment.

Using Globe rewards, subscribers can redeem movie tickets from Ayala Malls Cinemas for a minimum of 100 points or food and beverage items from Figaro Coffee and Wendy’s for a minimum of 50 points. More recently, Enchanted Kingdom and Sunglass Hut joined the list of partner-merchants such as Petron and Rose Pharmacy to allow subscribers to redeem park passes for a minimum of 100 points and sunglasses for a minimum of 300 points, respectively.

Aside from the new partner-merchants, the Globe Rewards Catalog includes Globe call and text promos, shopping, dining and leisure items, and gadgets. Text BUY <space> MOBILE # OF MERCHANT <space> AMOUNT to 4438 to redeem rewards from partner-merchants. To check available Globe rewards points, text BAL to 4438.
