You can truly learn and greatly experience a culture of a people through their food. A great deal of a nation’s heritage can be discovered through the flavors and various aromas the ingredients of their dishes have.
That being said, last Wednesday, it was as if I was immediately transported to Latin America when I attended Crimson Hotel’s incredible launch of “Sabores de Mexico: A Celebration of Mexican Cuisine”.
During the launch of Sabores de Mexico, the amazing food festival highlighted the vibrant flavors of Mexico in commemoration of the Mexican National Day. This gastronomical fiesta, which featured guest chef Daniela Romero, was held in one of Crimson Hotel’s dining destinations, Café Eight.
