Gain? Train!

Some people wonder how I can have a foodie wife and yet stay physically fit.

Quite a number of individuals have already asked me how I manage to hop from one resto to the other with my wife (at times even everyday), eating all sorts of dishes, yet not letting most of the calories show on my tummy.

The answer is as simple as it is difficult.

I spend a good amount of time in the gym doing a ton of cardio and weight training. It’s the price I have to pay so that I can be able to indulge a little bit more whenever we are at food events.

Some people say “ang sipag ko”… but believe me… it’s more discipline than sipag.

There’s a difference, you know.
