Interval training session (Chest + Arms + Cardio)

Did some interval training last night.

It was a combination of chest and bicep exercises combined with a minute of intense cardio (stationary bike on this occasion) in between each set.

This particular evening, I added more weight to my chest presses. I also mixed up bar and dumbbell combinations for bulk and definition.

I did 4 sets for each chest exercise and 3 sets for each bicep routine.

The cardio (bike) routine in between sets serve as my rest/recovery time.

Tiring. But very fulfilling.
