One Life / Live Them. This campaign tagline by Remy Martin Cognac which assumes a grammatical accident recognizes today’s consumers as not being defined by just one talent or skill, but are multi-faceted and should be applauded for their many passions.
Remy Martin resonates with our times, and to a generation for whom life is more about creating a lifestyle than a life path. And the more multifaceted the lifestyle, the better. This new campaign places the brand’s deep identity into words and sharing it widely. The Remy Martin One Life / Live Them campaign is based on the idea of “revealing your inner talents.”
I love ramen. It’s hearty, filling and oh so flavorful. It happens to be one of a very few noodle dishes I actually enjoy eating apart from Spaghetti.
That being said, it didn’t take a lot of convincing for me to agree to drop by the Greenbelt 3 branch of Ramen Nagi to try out their new dishes just recently. And after trying out these new gastronomic creations, I was happily satisfied.
Ramen Nagi is currently offering deliciously new specialties – the Tsukemen and Tonkatsu-Men – that are guaranteed to make you fall in love with ramen all over again.
To celebrate the launch of Jollibee’s newest (and incredibly delicious) offering – the Jolly Crispy Flavored Fries – Jollibee organized a fun event filled with activities, friendly competition and camaraderie.
Every 9th of April of each year, our nation celebrates ARAW NG KAGITINGAN (Day of Valor).
Araw ng Kagitingan is sometimes also called Bataan Day or Bataan and Corregidor Day. However way people prefer to call this special occasion, this is the day when we, as a nation, honor the courage and heroism of the Filipino and American soldiers, not to mention our brave civilians, who valiantly stood against the Japanese troops on the Fall of Bataan during World War II. This includes those who were part of the infamous Bataan Death March — a 140-kilometer walk where countless soldiers died.
Acer sure knows how to throw a party. A #TooZesty party no less!
Just last week, the wonderful folks of Acer Philippines brought me and a couple of friends to the powdery white sands and crystal clear blue waters of beautiful Boracay to celebrate our zest for life and be one with them as they launch their newest smartphone – the Acer Liquid Zest.

Hotdog stands are a dime a dozen in and around the metro. From typical hotdog stands along the streets or beside school entrances to one-stop hotdog establishments inside malls and shopping complexes. I absolutely love hotdogs… whether they are on buns or enjoyed with rice, I can eat them throughout the day. But with all these […]

It goes without saying that whenever there’s an opportunity for me to watch amazing firework displays like the “5th Philippine International Pyromusical Competition 2014“, I always grab the chance. I love fireworks. Especially the ones that spectacularly explode above you in majestic splendor! It never fails to leave me in awe and amazement. The countries […]
If you’ve been monitoring the Philippine social media scene lately, you are probably already aware of the uproar Ms. Miriam Quiambao’s comments (about LGBTs) have caused just a few days ago. A case of misinterpretation, perhaps? Or maybe a case of choosing the wrong words to use for such a sensitive topic. In the middle […]
I’m a sucker for food. I love eating although it doesn’t quite show now because of the drastic diet and fitness regimen that I had to go through 2 years ago wherein I lost 50lbs in roughly 4 months (185lbs. down to 135lbs.) It takes a substantial amount of effort to stay fit. In fact, […]
PREVIOUS PARTS: Day 1 (Part 1 of 3), Day 1 (Part 2 of 3) Our next destination… the busy, crowded, festive and restaurant-riddled street of Jalan Alor. This is one long strip of road that seems to never sleep at night. The entire stretch of Jalan Alor is lined with all sorts of food stalls, with […]
PREVIOUS PART: Day 1 (Part 1 of 3) Our first stop along the way was the new National Palace of Malaysia called, Istana Negara. To say that Istana Negara is BIG is an understatement. Huge does not even come close to describing the place. Istana Negara is absofrickinlutely massive! You’ve got to be there to actually realize how […]
