Many of us love coffee but not all of us know about the intricacies of making a cup of joe — especially the kind that requires more than just hot water in a cup and a 3-in-1 sachet on the side.
I enjoy coffee a whole lot. I actually incorporate coffee into my fitness regimen since caffeine plays an important role in boosting one’s metabolism which is vital in any weight loss/maintenance program.
My go-to drink? Espresso. It’s quick. It’s strong. And, boy, does it really kick things into high gear.
Developing a love for this drink — and inevitably having a love affair with it — means wanting to also know how great coffee is made.
Just because men, by nature, are physically stronger than women, doesn’t immediately make them any better.
Don’t you find it wonderful to see independent and empowered women who know how to be beautiful and dainty, yet (for lack of a better word) “badass” at the same time?
Folks, meet Cassie and Mina. Don’t be easily fooled by how they look because these ladies most definitely know how to “turn it up” and kick ass when needed.
When choosing a hotel to stay at with family, whether for a quick staycation or an extended reprieve from the busy work load, what are the major considerations that you take into account that affect your decision making?
Well, if you happen to be in Metro Manila and considering a place to take family to that’s logistically accessible and equally enjoyable to spend a couple of days at, you might want to put Hyatt City of Dreams Manila on your shortlist.
It’s been a good while since my family and I last visited the beautiful city of Baguio. If memory serves me right, it was roughly a little more than a year since. So, it was a very welcome opportunity when my wife and I got the invitation to stay at one of the more recognizable and family-friendly hotels in this place — Azalea Hotels and Residences Baguio.
Apart from the stay itself, I was looking forward to experiencing Azalea Hotels and Residences Baguio’s Family Fun Package which aims to give families checking in at Azalea a memorable stay which is truly one of a kind.
Music makes you move. It’s a fact. Whether you’re at your desk, at the gym lifting weights or out for a run, music sets the pace, motivates you and pushes you to go the extra mile.
When athletes and fitness buffs put on their headphones just before working up a sweat, it’s not just to look good (although it sometimes does, too), but mainly to get them in the zone and to stay in peak performance mode all throughout the activity.
With this proven concept in mind, Motorola has come up with a new line of products called VerveLife. This new set of amazing devices have been recently launched just a couple of days ago and I was fortunate to have been there to see them unveil these items.
