Hotlines and the Holiday

Good news to Globe Subscribers – prepaid and postpaid alike…

Our awesome friends at Globe are hard at work all throughout this holiday, manning the customer service trunk lines and monitoring social networks to ensure that whatever network concerns we may have over the long weekend may be addressed and resolved.

Being a subscriber myself, I know how important it is to have concerns resolved and questions answered at the soonest possible time.

If you encounter any Globe-related difficulty or if you simply happen to have a few inquiries, there are a number of ways to reach them…

Customers can text HELP to 1234

Chat with them on Yahoo! Messenger (YM ID: Talk2GLOBECHAT)…

You can also contact them via Facebook ( and Twitter (@talk2GLOBE).

If you prefer something more traditional, you can email them ([email protected]) or visit Globe’s website at

These channels are open 24/7.

I actually had a few questions that I needed answered earlier today. I was worried that maybe Globe’s customer service would also be unavailable during the long holiday. Thankfully, their hotlines are also open on normal operating hours to serve subscribers.

You may call them at (02) 730-1000 (toll-free from any Globe Landline) or 211 (toll-free from your Globe mobile phone).

Best to be constantly connected regardless of where you may be during this extended weekend. So, make sure to avail of Globe’s choice promos early by dialing *143#, the easy-to-use quick-service menu of Globe.

Have a pleasant and wonderful long weekend, folks… Stay safe and stay connected.

Thanks for holding the fort, Globe! Cheers!
